David’s Lemony Tzatziki
A fresh and simple sauce to serve with charcoal-grilled souvlaki, fish, and vegetables. David’s Mediterranean Rub adds extra flavour to this creamy sauce.

- 1/2 English cucumber (peeled , seeded and finely diced)
- 2 cups plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp David’s Mediterranean Rub
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Combine cucumber, yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, David’s Mediterranean Rub, and season with black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh dill.
