Raspberry Sorbet Recipe

Making perfectly smooth and delicious sorbet is easy with frozen fruit puree made with ripe raspberries. Substitute any frozen fruit puree in this recipe.

  1. In a heavy saucepan combine the sugar, water, and sorbet stabilizer and bring to a boil. Let cool.
  2. Whisk in the raspberry puree.
  3. Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions.
  4. Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
