IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER AT ONE OF YOUR WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS?

Yes, simply choose the "Warehouse Pick Up" shipping option when checking out your cart.

Our Toronto and Vancouver warehouses are open for you to pick up your order from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. The warehouse addresses can be found on the “Contact Us” page and you will be sent a confirmation email with the pickup address following the placement of your order. Note that orders need to be placed BEFORE coming to the warehouse, as we do not do in-person orders.

CAN SPEC SHEETS SUCH AS COA, GMO, ORGANIC AND KOSHER BE PROVIDED?

We readily supply available spec sheets for all our products upon request.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SAMPLES?

We provide free samples to existing customers (who have  ordered in the past) via the use of coupons. Following your first order, an “Existing Client Coupon” will be sent to you, which you can use to try the smallest size of any given product. If you have a specific request, please speak with our team to see if a sample can be provided with your next order.
