Les flocons de piment Marash sont faits à partir de piments cultivés près de la ville de Maras en Turquie, séchés et broyés en flocons. Apparentés au piment d'Alep, ils sont traditionnellement utilisés comme garniture parsemée sur une salade ou le houmous ou infusés dans de l'huile chaude.
