It's an all-purpose Japanese seasoning that enhances the flavour of any dish with its deep and complex aroma and flavour. Lite soya sauce has 40% of its salt removed after fermentation. It can be used anywhere regular soya is called for - in stir fries such as Chinese pepper steak, Teriyaki marinades and Asian vinaigrettes for Ramen salads. Lite Soya Sauce is also delicious tossed with nuts prior to roasting.
