WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PURCHASE SIZE?
$300 is our current minimum order size for gifts for staff or gifts for clients to qualify for wholesale pricing.
ARE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE ON LARGER PURCHASES?
We give every corporate gift purchaser access to our best available wholesale pricing. It’s our most competitive price point.
CAN I ADD BRANDED ITEMS LIKE BUSINESS CARDS OR DECORATIVE ELEMENTS?
We can affix a sticker (up to 4” x 4”) to the product packaging with any custom design you want to send us. Simply email us a PDF of the design you would like before placing your order and we’ll handle the rest. A service fee of $0.50 per unit for printing, time, and material costs applies.
CAN I REQUEST GIFT WRAPPING?
Because our products are thoughtfully designed and elegantly packaged, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HOW IS IT CALCULATED?
If you are sending all the gifts to one location such as your office, and your order is over $300, then shipping is free anywhere in Canada. We offer flat-rate shipping for each item. The rate depends on the gift package(s) you choose. You can contact us for accurate shipping information.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE PACKAGES FOR INDIVIDUAL RECIPIENTS?
Yes! Everything you find on Qualifirst.com is eligible to be included in corporate gifts - and at wholesale pricing. Find whatever you like and build your basket from the ground up.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
At this time, we do not. If you’d like to give your recipient a choice of what to receive, send them straight to Qualifirst.com and have them pick a few items out.
