Green Cucumber Cold Soup

  1. In a food processor or a handheld blender, combined, cucumber, yogurt, lemon & dill dip mix, green smoothie mix, shallow, garlic, parsley, tarragon and olive oil.
  2. Blend until smooth. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
