There is no better way to start the day than with this vegan bowl packed with protein and nutrients from seeds, fruits, and vegetables.

Ingredients

Hemp Milk
Smoothie Bowl
Toppings

Instructions

Hemp Milk
  1. Combine the hemp seeds and water in a blender and blend on high until milky. Strain through cheesecloth and store in the refrigerator.
Smoothie Bowl
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Pour into bowls, decoratively garnish with the toppings and serve.
