Agave Mint Lime Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Lime Mint Rub
  • 1/4 cup Agave Liquid
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup Dragonfruit (cubed)
  • 1 cup Mango (sliced)
  • 1 cup Grapes (sliced)
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Mandarine (segments)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk in the agave, lemon juice, salt and lime mint rub. Set aside
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the fruits and the Agave Mint Lime mixture and mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
