Soft, chewy, and naturally neutral in flavor, these small tapioca pearls are made from cassava starch and are perfect for desserts, puddings, bubble tea, and thickened drinks. When cooked, they become translucent with a pleasantly bouncy texture that absorbs surrounding flavours well. Cooking Instructions: Soak tapioca pearls in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, add the pearls, and reduce heat to medium. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes, or until the pearls are soft and chewy, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Once cooked, remove from heat, strain, and rinse under cold water. Serve warm or cold as desired.
