    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Combine 1 cup of Sorghum with 3 cups of water in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 - 45 minutes. Turn off heat and let it stand for 5 - 10 minutes. Drain any excess water. Season with spices.
