Ces callets de beurre de cacao sont issus du gras jaune pâle extrait des fèves de cacao, dont la saveur est prononcée en cacao et la texture velouté. Il est également utilisé dans les onguents pour ses propriétés émollientes. Il a une longue durée de vie et contient des antioxydants naturels. Utilisez-le pour fabriquer du beurre de noix crémeux ou une tartinade maison au chocolat et à la noisette.
