This is a highly flavourful condiment with medium heat made with jalapeno peppers that have been dried and smoked, giving them a deep brick red colour and a distinctly smoky flavour, and then packed in a seasoned tomato sauce. Chipotles in Adobo Sauce are excellent in chili con carne, homemade barbecue sauce, and vinaigrette. Add flavour to mayonnaise as a dip for sweet potato fries. Delicious in a marinade for beef or lamb.
