Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Combine the dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Oil a skillet and set over medium-high heat. When hot, ladle in 1/4 cup of batter and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and brown the other side.
  6. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
