Tamarind Seedless Thai 400 g Qualifirst
A dark, sticky, fibrous paste with a delicious sweet-sour flavour used in condiments and Thai cooking. Seedless Tamarind Paste is the pulp of tamarind fruit—a plant native to Southeast Asia and India—without the husk or pits. The paste is reconstituted in hot water and pressed through a strainer to remove the fibre. It's used to flavour condiments like Worcestershire and HP sauce and in sweets. Also an essential flavouring in Pad Thai. Added to sparkling water, it makes a refreshing drink.
