Chocolate Miso Paste is made by fermenting soybeans with 100% cocoa powder for three months to produce a dark, chocolatey flavour and appearance. Namikura is a family-owned, fifth generation Japanese producer of miso that is highly-regarded for its texture and flavour. A terrific flavouring for hot milk and ice cream. Its unique flavour is delicious in brownies, cakes, truffles and chocolate fillings.
