Pickled garlic stays nice and crunchy and isn't as strong as raw garlic. It's great addition in everything from pasta sauces to antipasto platters to salad. They're particularly superb when drizzled with a bit of fruity oil. garlic, salt, water, white vinegar, white distilled vinegar, honey, garlic, soybean oil, salt, lemon juice, xanthan gum, eggs, citric acid, corn syrup, turmeric, flavours (artificial & natural), spices, calcium disodium EDTA (retains freshness), annatto, red chili peppers, lactic acid, traces of sodium benzoate and sulphites as a preservative. CONTAINS SULPHITES.
