The light red hue and chili flakes floating in a base of sunflower and extra virgin olive oil are visible evidence of the heat punch this oil packs. This is a perfect oil to use in the classic Italian vegetable dish of sautéed broccoli rabe with garlic and is also delicious on pizza or in a vinaigrette for pasta salad. It’s perfect on grilled squid, shrimp or chicken and an excellent garnish on Minestrone soup.
