Piquillo Peppers 3 kg Royal Command
Piquillo means "little beaks". Piquillo Peppers are small, thin-fleshed, bright ruby red, and true to their name are shaped like little beaks. Traditionally used in Spanish cooking, they are hand-picked, roasted over a fire, peeled, and seeded before being packed. Piquillo Peppers are an essential ingredient in the preparation of Paella and Arroz con Pollo. Stuffed with cheese or canned fish serve as tapas. Garnish salads and hors d'oeuvres brilliantly.
