    • HOW TO USE AGAVE SYRUP – Agave is more calorie dense than sugar, but 40% sweeter. Start by using half as much agave as you would sugar. When baking, use 1/3 to 2/3 of a cup of agave in place of 1 cup of white sugar, and reduce other liquids by 1/4 to 1/3 cup. Replace honey or maple syrup with equal amounts of agave syrup.
