Classic cordials a master mixologist. Rose Cordial is made from fresh, fragrant rose petals infused in a thick sugar syrup and has a gorgeous pink colour. Cordials were traditionally made for non-alcoholic drinks and intense so that just a spoonful will flavour a drink. Add it to sparkling water with fresh raspberries for a refreshing drink or mix with iced tea or lemonade. Use it to make cocktails like a wild rose martini or a heartbreaker made with tequila and lemonade.

Fill a cocktail shaker with 1 oz hendrick’s gin, 4-6 fresh raspberries, 1 oz lychee juice, ½ oz Rose Cordial Syrup, shake with ice & strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a fresh raspberry!
