The highest quality paprika with an unmistakable hot spicy smoky flavour! Made with hot red peppers from the La Vera region of Spain, they are smoked over oak while drying. Once dry, they are ground into a vibrant reddish-orange powder that has a spicy hot and deep smoke flavour. Smoked Hot Paprika is an excellent for flavouring mayonnaise along with roasted garlic to make a dip for vegetables or French fries. Excellent flavour and heat to a pilaf. Superb in a rub on grilled pork tenderloin and garnish sprinkled on fried eggs at breakfast.
