Thyme to Kill cocktail wouldn't be the same without it. Grown and harvested in Provence, Thyme is one of the best known and most widely-used culinary herbs. It has a mild, warm and aromatic herbaceous flavour to cooking. Used in stocks, soups, sauces, and stews and is one of the ingredients in a bouquet garni. Wonderful in marinades for olives, goat and sheep milk cheeses, and on both meat and fish. Delicious when mixed with honey in ice cream.
