Special Steak Rub is made from salt, garlic, red chillies, red bell peppers, yellow mustard, black pepper, dehydrated vegetables, citric acid and other spices. It's versatile, with an amount of salt that isn’t outrageous as most other seasonings, no preservatives, and is gluten-free. Beyond steak, it's excellent on lamb, pork, or souvlaki and kebabs. Also delicious on salmon or shrimp. Toss with vegetables before roasting, season portobello mushrooms on the grill, or add to vinaigrette for salads.
