Adds savoury umami flavour to Asian vegetarian or vegan food. Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce is a thick, dark brown condiment infused with dried shiitake mushrooms. A great alternative to the traditional oyster sauce used in Chinese, Filipino, and Thai cuisine. Use it in fillings for spring rolls or dumplings. Add it to sauces to finish stir fries with fried tofu or yuba (tofu skin), rice noodles, or gai-lan (Chinese broccoli). It's also an excellent addition to marinades or dips.

Water, sugar, soy sauce, modified starch, salt, oyster, monosodium glutamate, caramel, potassium sorbate, and sodium benzoate. May contain soy bean, oyster and wheat.
