From the land of a former mango tree forest on the island of Madagascar, it is no wonder that this Mangaro cocoa paste has a deep rich blend aroma of exotic fruits with hints of citrus fruits. The paste is 100% cocoa with the same flavour profile as the Mangaro 65%, but deeper and richer. The paste can be used to deepen and darken the flavour of the Mangaro 65% or any other chocolate in recipes for brownies and cakes. It contains no sugar and therefore does not alter the sugar content of any recipe.

No sugar, therfore more chocolate. great with splenda and ,if not hot, aspartame.
Not your typical "dark chocolate"... maybe great for mixing with darker types for a more chocolatey look?. High conch mantains the supension for longer.
