Dark Café Couverture has a 60% cocoa content, and the mini grammes melt quickly and evenly, are easy to measure, and produce a beautiful glossy shine. The intense dark chocolate and rich coffee flavour make it ideal for preparing a classic Opera cake, truffles, chocolate tart, dipped chocolates or decorative chocolate work. It's fabulous in a cafe mocha or a hot sauce over vanilla ice cream.
