Missing cases, damaged or shorted goods through courier must be reported on courier waybill (bill of lading) at time of receipt. All packages must be inspected before signing. Our office must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods, or a claim cannot be accepted.
Error(s) in order preparation must be reported to shipping location (Qualifirst /Far-Met in Toronto or Vancouver) within 24 hrs, or a claim cannot be accepted.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
