Bypass the high maintenance recipe with these ready to go Grapevine Leaves! They are tender and have a slight tang from pickling but retain a subtle bitterness and fresh green flavour. Grapevine leaves are used in Mediterranean and Arabic cuisine primarily for stuffing as a meze. They are a delicious wrap for the Greek Dolmades, stuffed with rice seasoned with fresh herbs including dill. They can also be stuffed with highly seasoned meat such as lamb and make a wonderful wrapper for cooking fish such as sardines.
