British Columbia Chefs' Association BCCA
The British Columbia Chef's Association was founded in July, 1958. The Association has dedicated itself to the education of both junior members, and to the upgrading of skills for all regular members. Over the years, the Association has facilitated an annual scholarship program for deserving students who distinguish themselves in the culinary field throughout lower mainland high schools. Scholarship funds are raised through fund raising activities such as the Bavarian Night and through generous corporate donations.

The voluntary electoral organizes activities such as Christmas Parties, Summer Picnics, President's Balls, Apprentice Competitions, Local and National Conventions, Culinary Salons and all events which publicise the professional chefs in British Columbia.

Future plans include more involvement with fund raising activities, helping out charitable causes, and increasing the membership.
