CREDIT & DELIVERY POLICY:
1) First order as COD. Credit is opened on accepted and approved signed application.
2) Terms are Net 15 days upon receipt of goods, not to exceed 30 days.
3) We provide delivery to Toronto & beyond.
4) Orders less than $200.00 are accepted on a pick up basis or prearranged with the office.
5) Out of town customers (Ontario) prices include transportation and prices are prepaid to your door. Customers outside of Ontario, or in Remote locations, will bear the freight cost and prices are FOB our warehouse.
6) Orders consisting of large quantities of glass (e.g. Cider) will not be shipped via courier. Shipping will be done via transport and a minimum of 450 lbs. will be necessary.
7) Missing cases or damaged goods through courier or transport must be reported on the bill of lading and Qualifirst Foods must be notified within 24 hours of receipts of goods, or a claim cannot be entered.
8) Shortage or error(s) in order preparation must be reported to Qualifirst Foods within 24 hours, or a claim cannot be entered.
